What you send us

Your name, phone, email, town, ZIP, what kind of tree work you need, and any optional details: how many trees, what is close by, and anything else you add.

What we collect automatically

The page the form was sent from, the site that sent you here, campaign tags in the link you used, and the time. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects general device and location information, to learn which pages are useful.

The beetle quarantine checker

The town you pick in the checker stays in your browser. It only reaches us if you go on to send the request form.

How we use a request

To reply to you and to work on connecting you with a local tree service. That can mean sharing your request with tree services that work in your town so they can contact you. Those companies may pay us to receive requests. We do not sell your information to data brokers or to businesses outside the tree work you asked about.

How we contact you

By phone call, text message or email about your request, as you agreed on the form.

Opting out and deletion

Reply "stop" or email quotes@worcestertreequotes.com and we will stop contacting you. You can also ask us to delete your request; if it has already gone to a tree service, let them know too, and we will tell you which one.

Service providers

Our web host, email service, Google Sheets and Google Analytics handle information so the site can work.

How long we keep it

We keep requests while they are useful for the work you asked about and for our records, then delete them.

Adults only

This site is for adults who own, rent or manage property.
